i cannot e-file my state return and there are no help information and error message. i am not happy with this year's TurboTax .

Less User Friendly

Not what it once was. TurboTax is more difficult to use this year. For example, I couldn't enter my Social Security Income through Easy Guide. I found a workaround by entering the data using the 1040 FORM. That was unpleasant. I could not contact TurboTax directly. I used a user forum, which was VERY SLOW. Plus, why not incorporate Social Security Income FAQ in the HELP section of the program?

Extremely difficult to navigate back to areas already covered. Why not just have a complete view of every subject with every entry; even if it takes multiple pages. I would like to be able to scroll through EVERYTHING. You could just ask: Do you want to see all questions or main subject areas or click to view ALL Questions and respective entries. The search function doesn't work when your not sure of exact text looking for-just give me an opportunity to see all entries. I do understand that I can revisit any area and edit, but its much harder in practice!
