1099-DIV and 1099-INT entry VERY poorly designed

Your new section for entering information for dividends (from 1099-DIV) and interest (from 1099-INT) plus a couple other 1099 categories is difficult and VERY CONFUSING. It seemed to say to me "You're done" before I ever started and, literally, took me a very frustrating half-hour of poking around, going back and forth, and checking the Internet before I finally figured out how to enter my data. This section needs to be redesigned or, at a minimum, return to how I entered these date in 2023 and earlier tax filings.

The program was buggy. Random boxes would open and not allow you to close them without restarting the program. Not enough advice. Too much trying to upsell extra services.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least a couple of decades. I have a couple of issues that have come up in recent years. First, the new tax year is not taking my previous year's information no matter how many times I try to retrieve the information (this isn't the first year this has happened and it hasn't been a problem until recently). It is annoying not having the previous year's information especially when I have consistently been using Turbo Tax and my previous returns have been saved on my computer. Second, why can't my bank information carry over from my Federal Return to my State Return?

Ok program -but hiding ability to see things more clearly. People should see the forms being filled in as they answer questions. both formats are necessary in order to override errors that turbo hides.
