TurboTax needs some better software updates

Problems with 1099-R being rejected from IRS when e-file I think software issue with TurboTax I have never had before being rejected in many decades. Tried to fix issues with no avail. Had to mail in Fed and State files for my in-laws. They got their refund in 2 weeks.
My brother-in-law was almost finished with his tax on this software and showed $937 refund and hit another key and refund went from $937 to -$9700 and we couldn't undo the keystroke, so we deleted the whole file and started over and it worked this time. Very frustrating. I never had this much trouble with TurboTax.
