Bad Help/Search Function

I think Turbo Tax is a great product. ONE MAJOR PROBLEM. The search section is unbelievably bad. First it wants to connect to the help site. Then, when you cancel that, it brings up the actual search search section but most of the time, it will not find the actual form or information you are looking for. For example, trying to find the the installment sales form 6252. You can't get to it.. Even in the Forms mode, searching on the Form 6252 brings up an item list but when you click on it a message that it can't be found - even though it is in the list of my forms completed. The HELP/SEARCH needs lots of work. Use to be quite good.

Have been using TurboTax for decades. Very thorough and useful for our small business. We've found very few situations where TT could not handle our data or tax reports. TT's special strength is carrying info from year to year and to the state return. TT's weakness for us is in estimated taxes. Because our business and investment income fluctuates, we need a stronger modeling tool than TT offers to estimate our tax payments.

Turbo tax is great up until you get to the part where you efile your state return and turbo tax charges $25 for efliling.
