I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. I had the worst time trying to transfer 2023 W2s and 1099s into the desktop version of 2024 turbo tax. I finally had to reenter all the information manually. Everything I looked up in the help section said to use the online version which I did not want to use. I wasn't the only one frustrated by this issue.

TURBO TAX IS DISAPPOINTING.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX HOME AND BUSINESS FOR 20+ YEARS. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PROGRAM UNTIL LAST YEAR. I COULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE ON ALL OF MY COMPUTERS AND ENDED UP PAYING A LOT TO FILE FAMILY TAXES. NOT HAPPY.
NOW THIS YEAR, WE HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AND I ASSUME IT CANNOT BE DOWNLOADED ON MORE THAN 1 PC, IT DOES NOT HELP ME VERY MUCH AND I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO SEEK A PROGRAM IN THE FUTURE THAT BETTER FITS MY NEEDS.
