Turbo Tax is just what I need

You have to pay for a refund processing fee.

No information about a $40 Refund fee...until you want to get your money back. Misleading. It only says free to file, until you submit.

too many charges this year

ive used turbo tax for years and always recommended it to others, this year the price was a little high, i would like to go back to the disk instead of the download, and the questions i needed answered were difficult to find in the forum. and everything is an upcharge. then i was being charged a processing fee i have never seen before for efiling.

TT good and better with more help

Strong and savvy tax program. Help response within program could definitely be better. Ports out to broad community postings too quickly, not offering enough in TT help that could be more context-specific. Overall, I trust the program and use it consistently.
