2024 Form 1040 ES Tax Review

All areas were addressed except for information concerning Expenses, such as Taxes incurred for a Timeshare which can be considered as a Second Home. Also, the Tutorials which were provided in the older Versions of TurboTax was a plus which has been discontinued.

TurboTax for 2024 has several software errors in the user interface. For example, (1) the "Learn More" pull-downs in the federal return did not work; (2) some of the screens did not refresh/update after an entry was made; (3) some information from the federal return did not transfer to the states. Furthermore, the New Mexico State return is still confusing and ambiguous for certain screens.

Very good - clarity needed RSU releases not sold

Over all very good. Could be a little more clear on how to file RSU's that are released the tax year, some sold to pay taxes, already reported on W2 as income, no other stock sold from this release in this tax year, nothing reported for this RSU in the 1099, therefore, nothing to enter in turbotax...
