TURBO TAX WANTS YOU TO USE LIVE SUPPORT

I HAVE READ AND STUDIED THE TAX CODE AND KEEP UP TO DATE BUT NOW TT IS MAKING IT MORE BURDENSOME THAN JUST GETTING THE FORMS AND DOING IT MYSELF. I BELIEVE THEY ARE DOING SO DELIBERATELY TO TRY TO SUCK MORE MONEY FROM US TO PAY FOR LIVE SUPPORT-I DON'T NEED SUPPORT FOR MY TAXES BUT FOR USING YOUR MORE FOULED UP THAN EVER PROGRAM.

Turbo tax 2024 review

The program installed great. I downloaded and found the 2023 info and filled most of the stuff out. I actual had a bit harder time trying to find things after I filled them out and had to go back and update stuff. Sometime I would have to refill info that was gone. I used the Save a lot, but still had to fill in some info. I was glad when I was done. Thank you

No I didn't use Turbo Tax Experts with this return. Turbo tax makes it easy to use.

Great, but Confused

Excellent IRS Tax Instructions, but I am a little confused with the additional documents that are required to be mailed to the Department of Revenue for the State of Colorado. This is not clear and I am confused with the "Receipts" that are to accompany the electronic payments to the Charitable Organizations that we identified in our Federal Return. Please explain, because it is not clear in the preparation of the State Return.

Needs clearer foreign pension instructions

In most respects TurboTax is great, but it falls short in not providing clear instructions on how to submit Canadian-source pension income and non-resident taxes withheld on the same. Most of the "tax help" provided by TurboTax dates to 2019. It would be a HUGE help if someone in TurboTax documented how to do that, or better yet, if there were a form to fill in that automatically created a substitute 1099-R.
