I've used Turbo Tax since 1991

I have never been disappointed with Turbo Tax after using it for 34 years. You don't have to be a computer guru or an accountant u to use the software. Its expert system guides you through every step. I highly recommend Turbo Tax over the other do-it-yourself software programs.

Does not support form 8990

I have used Turbotax for years and it has been a great product. This year I was required to attach a form 8990 which Turbotax does not support. As a result I have to file by mail. This is extremely disappointing.

Forcing me to rate and leave a review before allowing me to finish filing my taxes is unprofessional and unacceptable. Making it mandatory even more so. Rethink this as a marketing strategy and fire whomever came up with it.

TurboTax could be better ...

Most sections are clear. Some are not. For example, finding the info to enter a IP PIN supplied by the IRS to Senior Citizens should be self explanatory instead of a wild goose chase. You guys should be on top of this.
Also, the IRA section should already contain the info from the W2s. I had to guess, whether these entries are in addition to the W2 info or not. Still don't know that answer. And so on ...
