Needs improvement on back end

24 yr user here. You need to revise the back end to be less confusing. It's very stressful at that point, and your dialog makes it worse. It looks like different apps were cobbled together. Carefully watch a review group of new users using Turbotax and they will show you the problem points!

Worked as expected. All was very good EXCEPT requiring a lot extra on rating the program before being able submit the return. Without the additional nonsense, I would have given it a 5.

We have use this program ever since the 1986 onward they have never been wrong on any of my tax filings.
They are very easy to use, and learn, I wish they did my connection to my Brokerage firm a little easier, they use have it where you never left to log on to the brokerage firm just log in and Turbo Tax did the rest?
