Turbo Tax is not User Friendly

I usually use Intuit Pro Series. It is much more user friendly. Turbo Tax is a real pain to use. It took me many more hours to complete my return than Intuit. Not sure I would go this route again and I surely won't be using Intuit for just my return (I'm retired now). The problem is not being able to actually enter all data directly on the forms. Also I had to enter data multiple times rather than the software populating the complete return with the data when entered the first time. I transferred my last years return from Intuit Pro Series and half the return data failed to transfer into Turbo Tax. Crazy

Don't forget the additional charges.

They add on charges. They make you pay $25 to E file a state return, you can't mail it if you e-file federal, if you need an additional state return it's $45 plus anbother e-file charge. That's another $90 for me, double what they sell it for. Thanks alot.

Easy to follow tax prep program

Easy to follow using my documents. Covers all needed topics. Tax advice available if needed for a small fee. This is the third year I have used this program with no issues.
