I am not that great on a computer but I had very few problems with using TURBO TAX. Thank you!!! 82 years and still learning what a great USA we have and can live in!!

The format and presentation of this years program appeared to br straight forward. There was one hick-up the reviewing some question in which I changed the response when revisited had defaulted to the previous selection. Could provide a notification that the program defaulted to a previous elected option.
Should also note that FORM 5498 is not available until after the April 15th filing date.
Hick-up; Making a connection to the on-line live advise needs review. Very, very difficult to get a connection. The call back does not work, after missing the call and suggesting I connect to a webpage. . . the web page does not work
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby

So confusing

This year is the hardest to file. Questions on HSA and health insurance are so confusing. Real estate sale steps are very confusing. I rather just have a spreadsheet and fill it out. Every year it said i have a break in HDHP but i did not. On the submission, the question on last year information is also confusing. I never saw where it asked for last year's pin.

Turbo Tax stinks

No disk, took over an hour to download, that much more to get installed. Installed in March, 2 weeke later go to file and have to update again, another 2 hours wasted. Very unfriendly. The only reason I keep buying is because I used it the previous year. IT STINKS
