Difficult product registration

The registration and product key validation process is cumbersome and time consuming. Difficult to bypass importing data.

TurboTax has rested on its laurels

I've been using TurboTax since 2003. Over the years, I don't feel like you have made any improvements in your tool to make doing taxes easier. I hate it! I will likely shift to another program next year.
Why?
- Difficult to navigate
- Hard to figure out where to edit items, unless you go through the step by step
- Tried to edit a number on your forms and it would not let me
- Your help is not helpful, would like step by step instructions or FAQ's but couldn't find them
- Difficult to download. Spent considerable time trying to download your product. Paused my VPN, turned off Windows Security and still didn't work even though I could navigate the internet. To get it to download, I had to reboot my computer and reboot my router and then magic, it worked
Why?
