PRINTING SUCKS

I CANNOT PRINT OUT MY TAX RETURN THAT FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK - WHY ???
I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS PROGRAM, I EXPECT BASIC FUNCTIONALITY.

Navigating the step by step is not handy. You never go back to where you left off, and selecting a subject puts you back at the beginning with often many pages of Continues to jump through to get where you need to be. Lots of wasted time flipping through and asking to click on stuff you've already done. Kinda stupid. And the new way to do 1099 INT and DIV is bizarre. Nothing wrong with the old way to put this data in. And where did the $20 a pop fee to handle a refund come from? There is nothing mentioned about this until the very end of the long involved process. That's a serious gotcha, and I object strongly. I actually object strongly to having to pay for e-filing. E-filing saves everybody money, and yet it demands a fee. Submitting paper is costly on every level of processing, but is free. This situation is exactly backwards.
