I engaged with Mandi foe help with an underpayment issue of AL taxes from 2023. She was patient and courteous. The fix took some time and so appreciate her helping me feel comfortable while she determined how to solve the issue.

The information on the screen is so little and hard to read. Scale it so it fits the screen instead of staaying so little.

Turbo Tax is great! I've used it for 25 years and you can't find anything better. I do however miss the CD version and find the download cumbersome. Please bring it back in 2025!!!
