It stinks

Turbo tax doesn't explain anything. There is no one to call when the product doesn't work as it should. I got a NO ENTRY message even after I entered my info. It took forever to get that resolved on my own. Difficult to go back if I answered something incorrect. Turbo Tax tells me that I have to mail a form to the IRS even though I'm e-filing. No good explanation.

Small annoyance

I had a difficult time starting the Amended Tax return process because when I opened my tax return, it didn't go to the 'first page' where the Amended Return process started, so I had to close and reopen the return to finally find the 'first page'. It wasn't clear that the first page was in Easy Step, and not the first form of the forms view. There should be a menu item to get to Amended Returns.

Relatively easy and less expensive than accountant

I've used Turbotax for years and it was fast and easy. This year my taxes were more complicated so I used the phone help for an extra charge ($50). Way less expensive than an accountant! And my issue was resolved. Thank you turbotax!
