I love using Turbo Tax

It is very user friendly and I paid the extra $50.00 to get expert advice and that experience was excellent.

Very detailed, pointed me in the right direction. Provided a lot of guidance and explanations.
Did have to use live assistance, they were great. They explained and went over my issue in detail and found my error to correct the return.

Couldn't be any easier. The walk thru process was clear, concise and very thorough. I have been using TurboTax since 2016 and have never been disappointed.

this will be last year using turbo tax charges for everything and I have to do all the work ! not like last years so im done its cheaper to pay someone else

Overall easy to navigate. I had some problems with the language (legal ease) and understanding what goes where, but easily figured it out. The review at the end helped me.

I did like your new version for putting in the our incme. I would click on am entry to open, and it would move to cursor to the top everytime. It was just clunky.

It works fine, but there are archaic questions which are hard to understand.
The worst however is that the printing/saving option does not work; Please, correct this ASAP.
I have never had any problems with this in previous years.
