TurboTax (Intuit) is stealing money with extra fee

You are thief. You did not let me pay efiling fee using my credit card and forced me to deduct from refund so that you could charge me $45 extra money. If there's a class action lawsuit, I will definitely join and I will never use TurboTax in the future. This is a robbery in the broad day light.

HARD TO DELETE IRRELEVANT FORMS/PRINT DOESN'T WORK

Random irrelevant forms show up as errors and are hard to delete in FORMS. Your print function is nonoperational. I've relied on TurboTax for years, but please fix how irrelevant forms show up but can't be deleted. Also the section on 1099B is hard to navigate. I did a workaround by uploading the brokerage firm info, but it's a challenging section.
