Enhancements needed

Recommend Increase font size or add utility for user to increase. I do not like the new format for entering interest and dividends. I believe the prior format was superior. Still, this is useful product.

I used the desktop Home and Business version hand have used it in the past. As a former Turbo
Tax employee I like to switch between Forms view and the Step-by-Step option.
The RMD are confusing. Improvement there would be helpful.

This year both products I used would not display the payment screen so I could buy States, Audit Defense and pay State submission fees. I see online these issues have existed for years. What kind of bonehead at your company is not interested in fixing issues that impact your revenue stream. Very stupid. Feel free to reach out if you want more info.

Process and forms easy to follow. Data being imported made it easy. Being able to access last year's return ensured that nothing was missed. Most of all, the telephone support was superb, knowledgeable and personable

I really like turbo tax, but this year there were a lot of problems that I ran into. I will probably be doing an amended tax thing because of these problems I incurred. I also had problems doing my mother's taxes and I had to stop her form here and give it to someone else to start over. how do I delete her form from your point of reference? I know that it will cause problems down the road showing she hasn't finished her taxes, but they have been already sent in by another agency.
