2024 Updates - Not Good

The updates made to 2024 version are awkward and glitchy. The document import function does not recognize how to assign 1099 imports to previously existing financial institutions from previous years, despite same name and Tax ID numbers. As a result, this causes duplication. The screen that shows 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, and 1099-B income is very cumbersome. Put it back to where I can enter all forms of income from the same institution at once. Meaning, allow me to enter by Bank, don't force me to enter by income type. Most institutions are pushing out consolidated 1099s.

Live expert nice to work with, however then got very frustrated trying to. print return. What happened to friendly print tab. Never could get it done........

Tubo Tax keeps getting worse.

It gets worse every year. In the past, I have been able to make modifications to the return after importing information from Quicken. This year the ability to make changes is almost impossible. I had to go to manually entering information in order to have correct forms.

I have used TurboTax for many, many years. I had hoped that TurboTax would import all the requested information from previous returns instead of selected inputs. I had to go back into previous years to find requested numbers. But a familiar process . . . Thank you.

I had a question this year - never had one before - and I called the number provided for help. Within a reasonable amount of time, the phone was answered by a PERSON! I explained the question and she understood my issue and gave me a reasonable answer. We followed that advise which proved to be the correct way to go. I really appreciated the knowledgeable help!

Excellent Product , Very user friendly. I suggest entries in Form 1040 should be linked to the worksheets so values could be checked.
