I prefer 1099-INT/DIV for all finance instutition in one place. And 1099-B stock transaction is separate place.

Had to resort to forms That looked more like tax forms from past years. Age79 I have done my taxes for the last 15 years with turbo tax. And filling in the forms was easier than Step by step method this time. the explanations were unclear on what was needed to be filled in. And where I needed to put it. Also a carryover loss appeared on my tax form and I could not find where it came from. [-$28,667,226.00] if this causes me an audit you will have too tell me where it came from.

Good problem, but fix the bugs

Launch Optimizer is broken. It told me to check the box to launch optimizer and it can unchecking and did nothing. I had to skip it, but it was saying it could save me money. Also, it asked for my routing and account numbers on 2 different menus. I had to sign into my bank account 2 times to get that info. Please fix this.

TurboTax easy to follow

The application is easy to follow by me. Why, I have been using it for many years. Only dissatisfaction is that the application does not include a disk. With a disk, I can add it in my computer easier than on the current format.

Your tax experts are EXCELLENT especially Sarray in California who stuck by me through an IT issue.
She was awesome and did everything she could to make it right.
Might I suggest you do not burden your TAX EXPERTS with IT issues?
