Much needed software for the everyday person

I literally would not know what to do without Turbotax. Please keep it coming with the user updates and improvements for people like us who would otherwise have to pay someone tons of money to teach us nothing.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years. I do not like the new format for reporting investment income.

TurboTax is a Challenge

I have to file an Illinois out of state return for rental income and never had a problem filing electronically until this year. I do not have an IL Pin and your program required one so I mailed the return.

Crap product

Absolute crap product this year. I've had my returns rejected 7 times. I checked IRS transcripts and have submitted AGI from 2023, 2022, 0 - none work.
