Gets Better Every Year

Great Tool for the Busy Multitasking Professional

I have been using this product for more than a Decade Approx 13 - 14 Years after my CPA passed away.

2024 not as flexible as 2023 and earlier

The 2024 TurboTax was less flexible than previous versions. In some sections, TT forced me to step through all the steps vs quick targeted corrections, deletions, adjustments, etc. Was a bit frustrating at times having been familiar with the previous versions flexibility. Hope Intuit receives similar feedback and considers providing a better 2025 version (more like 2023 and earlier).

Fix the Search function

Excellent program. I used to be able to use the "Search" function to find documents or ask learn about specific topics. This year I was not able to use this search feature; it would populate with an AI response but then it would not allow me to type my topic or inquiry.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Couldn't log in to pay state filing fee

Turbo Tax was great until I tried to pay for my state filing. I couldn't log in, wouldn't recognize me (after 7+ years of usage) and wouldn't send an email to the same as used to login to Intuit. Required 55 minute phone call to Intuit support to get resolved.
