Hidden fees problem

Hidden fees a problem. In the final step to authorize payment of $25 for e-filing of state return, there is a bold-face line, "$40 refund processing fee" just above button to authorize payment. Ambiguous and objectionable.
Also, suggest adding a section w/ guidelines on whether itemization of deductions would be worthwhile, i.e., how much would the total need to be to exceed the standard deduction? Would save a lot of itemization time for many.

I couldn't do this without TurboTax! Tax Season fills me with dread every year, but TurboTax takes the sting out of it. With the added audit insurance, I can relax knowing they've got my back should anything go wrong. I love it!!!

TurboTax used to be good

TurboTax is getting increasing difficult to us, so much that I am thinking of switching services after nearly 20 years. For example, the search help is too cute & not helpful. You used to be able to jump to. I'm sure you still can, but it's not obvious. Many of the google searches and youtube videos are no longer relevant. it's not so good or intuitive anymore.
