Nothing would connect to Fidelity although I could log in, didn't cover many subject. System was "confused" about filing jointly last year and filing separately this year. What a headache

Zero, absolutely no stars. I've used Turbotax for a long while and this year was an absolute nightmare. We spent hundreds of dollars on 'extras' that were useless or were advertised as free and I still cannot print my return even after filing it. You've completely lost me a customer and I am going to actively broadcast how terrible your product and service have become.
