Turbo Tax = No Stress

I have used Turbo Tax since 2011 and have found it easy to use. Since I started using the Home and Business version in 2015 it has made tax season less stressful.

Not as user friendly as years past

It used to be a 5. This year changes made to the screens and the steps were far less user friendly in the past. I found myself lost as to how to get to the next steps. For example, importing documents was confusing. I felt like my only options were to keep importing more documents. Then I realized the button on the bottom right took me out of the loop even though that path wasn't clear.

Overall, good. I've been using Turbo Tax for decades and find it very useful, particularly in terms of time-saving, completeness, and automatically pulling info from past years. Not perfect as there are so many detail tax situations that some problems are just about unavoidable. However, after doing some work on my own, I believe that everything is right for me.

Easy to use but needs option for bigger text

Easy to use, although sometimes some of the questions still need explanations. There should be an option for making the text bigger. My eyes are getting older and it is hard to see the smaller print.

frustrating software

I kept getting kicked out after waiting for all the updates, which took more like 15 minutes instead of 6. When entering expenses under Schedule C the form would not allow me to go back and make a change before totaling the worksheet. Two glitches that were cumbersome and time consuming. This product needs more review time with your programmers
