A Necessary Evil for Non-Accountants

The Help process in TT is nowhere near as good as it was years ago. The "Community" is nothing I ever want to use, I do not find it trustworthy or reliable. The walk-through process is good but explanations of data to be input is minimal, could be so much more. I use it year to year, have been a user of this software for probably 30 years, and it was better and easier years ago.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and will continue to use it as long as the cost is commensurate with other programs.
One improvement I suggest is a clearer path for setting up more than one Schedule C. Current procedures unclear. You should insert a "Set up another Schedule C" when the first one is accessed.

Turbo Tax does not impress with recent changes

New input for Dividends, Capital Gains, Interest income etc. is cumbersome, confusing and not user friendly. Your product was much simpler in 2024
