Turbo tax was awful this year

unable to print returns. It took all day to find a way through my own computer, not your program. I've used turbo tax for decades and very disturbed by this years product. and please stop advertising while I'm trying to do my work. including quickbooks program

As usual, it takes a while if you have a business. But it gets the job done. I am very happy with turbo Tax. I Have been using it since 2005. Excellent software.

Not ready for prime time on state tax returns

Your state tax return program, in my case for Iowa, required excessive guessing about how too make anything more than the most basic income and expense information. For example I had an Iowa K-1 from one income source which needed to replace what the federal lK-1 reported because the bulk of th income was in other states. You had no explanation about how to handle that.
