Didn't find my last year's return.
Won't let me e file because it says I need to do a state return. I live in Washington. We don't have a personal state tax.

Used for many years. Every year I buy regular Turbo Tax when I should do Pro Connect. Need to change my profile. Don't like new system for entering Interest, dividends and gains when not automatic.

No CD available - not happy

I have used Turbo Tax for over twenty years. It is much easier than doing them myself, as I did last century. HOWEVER, I am old fashion and I prefer a CD to a download. I did not have that option this year. I'm not going to stop, just let you know I'm not happy.

Turbo Tax is easy if you have a Simple Return

Turbo Tax is easy to use for the most part. There are some items like estimated taxes that you have to wait on and go through their prompts before you get to the screen to enter them in. Some energy tax savings are hard to get to. Like I put in an insert that I had the energy saving certificate I downloaded from the fireplace website. Yet it was difficult to get to the $2,000 tax saving line. I finally got there. But it was not easy.

TurboTax e-File Issues

I have been using TurboTax every year since it's DOS desktop version was introduced. For the first time I ran into an issue with trying to pay for my e-File for the State of CA. Took multiple calls to try to resolve nad finally able to e-file my taxes.
