Input format changes caused me to take additional time in completing. And the federal tax forms have also changed (should be less complicated).

Had some Program navigation issues

I have used Turbotax for years. For some reason, this year I had problems because the program would not let me e-file my returns. It errored off and said I had to do an update. However, the program failed to tell me how to perform that update (MAC download software...not online version). I had to call INTUIT Customer Service for help. I spoke with Suzy and she was very helpful. Through no fault of her's, we had trouble figuring out how to update the software as instructed. There should be a "update software" button visible in the program window. There should also be a "sign out" button on the software window. On the MAC, there is an upper menu that is outside of the program window menus. The "update" is buried in that upper menu (never did see the way to "sign out"). Suzy and I finally figured out to look in that upper menu and once the update was discovered and installed it all worked fine. However, it was hard to get there. The program should automatically update every time you open it...and apparently it was not doing that. But Suzy was great!!
