I always appreciate being able to do and file my taxes with TurboTax. I've been using it now every year since it was first released. Thank you!
PS: I would like to be able to use a CD to install. Last year, my computer crashed, and I had to buy a new one. I was using a CD then, so it was easy to recover the app. I understand that I can only download once.

it will file your taxes, but Intuit will steal your personal data for their own personal use. Read the Terms and Conditions that you MUST sign, and it says right up front that "we will use your data for marketing purposes that Intuit owns". That means credit info, and more... I may have lied when I filled out some of the information :). Based on the Terms and Conditions of this review (see below), Intuit will not publish this (I have to give away my email - *Required)

PRINTING PROBLEMS & 3554 FORM CAN'T BE DELETED

Adds a 3554 when it's irrelevant to the filer, unable to delete the form as it's not listed under FORMS, and when you find the form, it repopulates a response that forces errors. Please fix! Also, printer function doesn't work. I've asked the program to print for my records and for mailing, nothing even though I receive a notice saying it will take 2 to 3 minutes to download. I cannot download to my computer a pdf of the tax form. I cannot print out. When I go to intuit, there's no help for either problem.

TurboTax is Easy

TurboTax makes it easy to complete and file my taxes. It only takes me a few hours and saves me a ton of money that I don't spend on an accountant.

Turbotax expert was easy to get hold of, and very responsive, but could not answer my question about how/where to enter a nontaxable item, even with a second consult. I figured it out on my own and told them. The almost constant request for Intuit Account credentials and multiple verification steps is unnes=ccessary and cause to try TaxAct next year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
