Requests Information It Already Has

Numerous times TurboTax requests information that they already have. In the case where the information is in last year's forms, TurboTax should be able to quickly bring the information up and present it to me. Instead, TurboTax requires me to go find the information and type it in. This is a failure.

A Good Program with a Minor Bug

I've used TurboTax Home and Business for years on a MacBook Pro. I'm currently using OS 14.6.1.. There is one minor program bug. In the TurboTax main menu (to the right of the Apple menu) there is a "Save to PDF" option. This is potentially nice because it provides an indexed PDF of your return. However, when using this option, all Schedule C forms show numbers but all the information from the Schedule C itself is blank. You can get around this by using the "Save for Your Records" option across the gray bar at the top of the program window and choosing the "PDF" window in the print dialog.. You get a pdf with all the information, but it's not indexed. Other than that, the program works well. I've reported this problem to a consultant.

Great Product and so easy to use. I have been using since 1996 and love it. I have never had any issues using turbo tax. I will be a customer for life!
