Turbo Tax is Easy

Big new mistakes this year

I've used this for years, but there were two enormous problems this year. The first was the fact that Turbotax would NOT download our brokerage information onto our computer where we had installed the software. Instead, it stuck it at Intuit where we don't want it and it did us no good at all. We can't even remove it from there unless we try to do our taxes on the website which we never do. It's far more secure to store them on a flashdrive. We had to type everything in from scratch. We tried to download it just the way we did last year. Secondly, instead of immediately giving us a choice of connecting with 1099 or W2 providers, it tried to upload it without asking; this doesn't work for those of us who update the software and then work on them offline until we opt to download or states and/or file electronically.

I did just fine except for the keychain access. it was not in a sidebar as it was shown for access.

works, as always. Works but prob could probably be smoother, better flavor. tired of fighting with fm who don't keep good track of info and then dig and dig.

Easy to use, at least once you've been through it once. For newbies, you might need to pay for advice availability. If you understand doing tax returns, TurboTax is simple, accurate and dependable.
