Could be better

Applying an overpayment to next year is impossibly complex. How about a box in the personal information section? Refund? or Apply to next year? How much? See how easy??? Same for changing estimates for next year. Should be much easier. This isn't a new issue. Fix it!

"Print for Records" feature not working this year.

The "print for records" feature does NOT work this season. After 25 yrs of using this tax program, this seems like a feature that should be working consistently.

Terrible User Interface

Many of the fields are hidden and some necessary fields are not rolled over.
Fields such as the T/P's driver's license, crypto, health coverage, foreign bank (FBAR), etc. can only be entered in the REVIEW process. At least I have not been able to find them. Bank account info for Direct Deposit or ACH Debit can only be entered under the FILE tab. Many of these fields should be under the T/P's profile or Personal Info tab. Many of these fields should also be rolled over from prior year.
There is no reason not to go directly to the 1099-INT fields when editing a bank interest box. Many other 1099 icons for other types of income also shows up. No reason for that extra step.
Why can't I pay Estimated Taxes electronically with the TurboTax program?
the prior year CA figures for underpayment penalties calculation purposes are not rolled over. The T/P must entered those fields to eliminate the underpayment penalties.

Easy to use

I almost purchased a different product this year. The ONLY reason was that you discontinued the physical CD when purchasing the product. I'm not convinced I will stay with Turbo Tax in the future.
