Home & Business TurboTax is User-Friendly

Fantastic product! I have an LLC business along with investments so I purchased the Home and Business package. It took me through the steps to calculate my taxes. I was able to use their import feature to get my investment activity entered without worrying about the hours of data entering.

Problems with importing last year's return

I e-filed the Federal return with Turbo Tax last year but when I tried to import the information from 2023 into the 2024 software via the .pdf format file, it would not work. That would have been an issue had I not printed all of the worksheets from last year's return.

The program used to work better. I was completing the state return, and it failed to let me finalize the return but entering the banking information for the refund.
