Good program but sometimes cumbersome

Easy to use, but too many snags. I sent a written letter to your customer communications and did not receive a response. I couldn't even get to where I could buy this year's program on your website, I googled it.
Then trying to efile state, I go to a screen asking for billing address. The Continue button is hidden. I can't get to it except by tabbing. Many small aggravations. I've used your product since '87 and am considering a change. I also don't like the constant selling of extras

I use Turbo Tax every year and it's great. I don't have to worry about anything, think about what I may or may not be missing, Turbo Tax does everything for me. I will never go back to filing my own paper taxed, nor will I pay someone when this software is so thorough.
