1099-NEC not available to e-file through computer

I have Turbo Tax Home and Business 2024 on my computer. I went to all the trouble of entering 1099-NEC's. I get to the end expecting to e-file and all I can to is save and print. The federal government requires either an e=file or the printed copies to be on a certain type of paper (specific red print).

Everything was going smoothly until it came to filing Connecticut return!!!
Turbo tax keeps saying CT Resident 1040 isn't available yet, but it is available!!!
I want to know what's going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
