Good upgrades this year

They always make upgrades, and you would expect the system to get better, but I really noticed it this year. The upload a PDF function is great. You still need to check it to make sure that it uploaded correctly, but I am happy with that. There was also a 10 dollar discount that apparently came with the product when I purchased it. That made the state e-filing only $15. That was a pleasant surprise, too. Good way to keep your customers coming back! The little things are always nice.

Good software but complexed to use

The argument that it can be easily done is less than truthful. You still need to have knowledge of some categories which there is no clear answers unless you pay to get the information.
