The performance and overall experience of the Mac desktop software was exceptionally poor. I've been using the personal/business edition for 15 years, and this is the first year I regretted my choice.

Getting slower each year

I do not like not having a disc. Each seems each year the program takes longer and longer to boot up. This year you had to install updates each time you opened the program.

Font size is WAY too small, with no option to zoom

The text is WAY too small! Why is the font so small, and why is there no ability to zoom in on the page to make it bigger. PLEASE use a bigger font - it was quite a struggle to work with this product for that reason.

My husband received a 1099NEC but when I entered it, there was NO information about what it was or that we would need to upgrade. It said, "we'll cover that later" but it never did, it just gave me errors during the "Check" that it wouldn't let me fix and didn't help me with. I had to buy the online guy, who did help me, BUT, I also had to buy the upgrade. This is the first year in many, many, that I was not wholly satisfied with Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax makes tax season easy.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Being an accountant, I used to do my tax returns manually until I decided to make my life easier. Very convenient and truly easy to use. I made the mistake this year of buying Premier instead of the Home and Business software and I thought I had to do it all over again but it was just one click to upgrade. Thank you!
