Given TT should already understand an individual DOES NOT qualify for making an Retirement contribution, you should eliminate having to display the extra panel that is MOOT and simply communicate the bottom line in a single interaction.

Turbotax is a must have

I started a company in 2024. I used local resources to help, I should have used the Intuit set of products from the beginning. Excellent support with this year's returns, and helping me plan for next year already.

Turbotax Importing Bank Statements Not Good

Importing Bank Statements was terrible this year. Go back to previous way of doing things. Support from telephone was pretty good however.

Program is good, but can't print nor use my comput

Have used TT for many years and have never had any problems until this year. The Mac requirements were too high for my 2015 Mac and I had to either borrow or buy a new computer. I borrowed, but it was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, upon completing my taxes, the program has a glitch and it would not let me print my returns or worksheets to review before filing nor for my records. After searching the internet, this has obviously been an issue for quite some time with no solution as of yet. Really not happy about this. Please fix!!
