Turbo Tax does not work with Chrome

I find your program very cumbersome and limited. Doesn't work with Chrome. Had to buy new computer.

Was not as pleased as previous years

This year, for the first time, I had to contact support twice. Do not think Turbo Tax was as user friendly as previous years. The Search feature was convoluted. It took you to all kinds of different topics and other peoples' questions Trying to get to "Jump to" a topic was nearly impossible. You had to go through a lot to find just the right wording. Shouldn't be that hard to get back to a specific topic. And you shouldn't have to log into a TT chat to get simple answers to how the program works , Also, I kept deleting unused 1099s from last year and it just kept showing up. I finally saw that when I brought up forms, there was an option at the very bottom to delete forms. Hard to see and how would you know that. Should be working when you go tot the list of previous years 1099 . Also, it kept telling me a topic needed reviewing when it didn't. Went on line and a lot of people seem to have this problem. Somehow figured it out but what a hassle.

Turbo Tax is well worth the money

This year's return was more difficult than past years. It still was very complete and much easier than doing by hand. This year there seemed to be more questions to answer. I wish we could revert to a flat tax.

TURBO TAX NOT WORKING SO WELL THIS YEAR

THE SYSTEM HAS NEVER HAD SO MANY GLITCHES. THE HOME DEPECIATION IN THE BUSINESS IS ON A LOOP. I HAD ANOTHER RETURN THAT I HAD TO TRANSMIT TWICE. NOT FOR MISSING INFO WHICH WOULD BE NORMAL.

I have used Turbo Tax to file my tax returns for decades. Easy to use. However, there are occasions when I come across a question that I do not understand what the software is asking me to provide. But overall I am very satisfied with the ease of use of Turbo Tax. I gave a 4 star rating but I think TuTx is very close to five stars.
