Turbo Tax is the best

I always use Turbo Tax and you never let me down. I always get the most return that you can get me. I really appreciate that. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.

Had some difficulties

Have used Turbo Tax since 2007, including Home & Business for several years, and never had problems until this year. My partial year use of a portion of our house for business became overly complicated with things that just didn't seem to work right. Mortgage interest and property tax were difficult to follow and did weird things when carried over into regular deductions. I tried different ways to force things to make them right, but, luckily, I went with standard deduction so my faulty itemized deductions didn't matter.
My business income showed "Needs review", even after I reviewed everything multiple times, re-entered, etc. Finally in a search I found many others with the same problem. Read that an update would be available on 3/7 which solved the problem.
Again this year i'm baffled by "Help Center" taking me one place, but "Help" > "Help Center" takes me elsewhere. Seems it could all be cleaned up.

Overall : Very impressive! Excellent coverage of usual forms. Much better than a competing software with which I am very familiar. Had difficulty navigating (initially). Would like to have known, before starting: ID requirements (Prior AGI, license data, etc.). Term and Conditions are Sisyphean

live tax advice could not solve the problem Wasted two hours. Software makes you check things I did not enter. Wasted $60 for live tax advice.
