The "selling prompts" are annoying!

The product itself is great. But I am sick of Turbotax constantly trying to sell me on line help, audit defense or something else. There should be an "out" that preempts all these efforts. I am a trained CPA and I don't need, nor do I want help. If this product continues along these lines in the future, it may make me reconsider whether I want to continue using it. Enough is enough!

2024 turbo tax software is less user friendly

I am using TurboTax since 2017 and this 2024 have been difficult to do mi taxes with home and business software; like the HELP is confusing, in my case, I have to prepare 4 returns since 2024 software did not allow to modified/edit previous pages..

TurboTax is a great program!

I have been using TurboTax for several years now and find it to be very user friendly. The reason for the 1 star deduction is the load times are excessive. I understand about updates which also take quite a while, but I shouldn't have to wait 2-3 minutes to get into the program. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the software.
