RIGHT NOW IT SUCKS. YOU SAY i HAVE TO PRINT A FORM AND MAIL IT IN, BUT NO CLUE HOW TO DO THAT AND I DO NOT HAVE A COMMERCIAL BUILDING TO CLAIM INSULATING

No more hard CDs isn't good for everyone

I have used turbotax for many years. This year they stopped offering the hard CD. For those of us who have NO cell phone reception and a weak internet provider that can go out for weeks at a time, this can be very annoying. As a business owner I understand overhead and the need to not produce a ton of stuff that isn't purchased. Try offering preorders for hard CD and limiting production to those, or maybe just a few extras.

As usual, clean, direct and comprehensive information that makes filing year to year, easy and fills us with confidence that it's done right!! We've been using TurboTax since 2005 and have never had a problem with the IRS.

I have used TT since it was MacInTax. It is easy to use and very thorough. One minor request is that if I am in Forms and double click any number (entry) I would like to be taken automatically to where that number was entered.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
