Pathetic software - can't even upload wage file

we pay so much for the TurboTax business edition. Don't you have a feature to electronically upload my wage file (W-2) to the SSA website, instead of printing it and sending it via us mail

This charge for state is an ongoing issue it is an ongoing issue with me because the cover says one free state filing.

1099R box 16

Have used TurboTax for many years, but this year was the most difficult. 1099R in OH box 16 is blank, says above if the word Exempt is in this box leave blank. But you cannot leave this blank and had no ideal what should be in this box. And school tax would not print due to amount due and a penalty form attached, never seen this prior. Will have to mail in the Ohio Tax form myself instead of e-file looks like. The form asked if # of items bought outside OH and not paid tax but won't take 0.

I purchased this product to file 1099 taxes and it was much more difficult then years past. Forcing me to review before filing is another insult

Turbo Tax Meets Tax Needs Throughout the Years

I've used Turbo Tax for decades. I appreciate the step-by-step guidance provided, the uploading of prior tax year data, yearly tax comparisons and the prompts it gives based on our situations. Turbo Tax helped us with itemizing, with applicable credits when our children reached higher education years, with early retirement tax issues and more recently with Social Security income and transitioning to Senior status for tax purposes. It ably processes and keeps track of our taxes as retirement income earners and wage earners with a small side business hustle. Thanks, Turbo Tax!
