Turbo Tax Ask an Expert is worth every penny.

I filed my 2024 returns yesterday and both the federal and state returns were rejected. I bought the Ask Expert service and submitted a callback this morning. I received a call from Dave. He was very nice, very knowlegeable, patient, and informative. He walked me through the entire investigative process where I discovered someone had already filed a return under my Social...so I could not efile. I felt at ease with him, and am very thankful to have met him in my hour of need.

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 30 years and this years software seems to be a little bit disjointed, i.e., harder to use.

Product Good; Too Many difficulties with Download

The product itself is good. The download,however, was an awful experience. It worked at first, but then displayed an error message and would no longer let me access my product and taxes completed. Technical support was terrible, until after many hours, holds, and days on the phone with multiple agents who were no help at all, I finally reached a supervisor at resolution desk who knew what he was doing and was at last able to resolve my access issue.

Overall good product. There is a bug in the software though in that it imported my bank information and is incorrectly flagging the bank routing number (both myself and a Turbotax tax expert on the call saw this bug).
