Terrible experience with Gig worker

This software has changed with poor directions. I tried to file a state return and paid for it and I am unable to file it . I am mailing it.

"Print Preview" & Save forms processes Not Working

When submitting tax forms the "Print Preview" process did not work. The program also did not save the forms when selected and instead simply submitted both the federal and state tax forms.

Mostly very user friendly but also has bugs

Could use an outline BEFORE you start

THIS years program doesn't seem to flow like the last two years. Some sort of overview guide for the business and personal program would be very helpful. What information goes where ?? When am i going to get to the Home Office part. Does entering taxes on Personal translate to the Home Office ?
