1st Q) Is it my name or name of whom I'm preparing

Some of the questions are vague, the language is not common language, vocabulary is difficult to understand, and explanations and definitions are hard to understand for the everyday person. Why does it make a difference if we enter 'zero' or leave it blank? The very first question: What is your name? Is it my name or the name of the person for whom I'm preparing the tax return. Hire me to clear up the confusion! I'm available!

Every year I purchase the tax software and I pay for FIVE free Federal tax returns and one State return. Yet, every year I have to pay to e-file the one State tax return for my wife. I mail my return! Why do I get charged when it states one FREE State Tax e-file?
