Ok Turbo Tax

This year I had the hardest time putting in schedule E. Harder than I have ever had. States should be more up to date. If I am doing a PA return it should know that savings bonds are not taxable.

Getting a refund from the state but had to pay a state filing fee with my credit card instead of it being deducted from my refund. Makes no sense.

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years. TurboTax makes your tax filling return much simpler and easier. It guides you step by step process. Highly recommended.

Hands own experience in completing our own taxes!

When we are provided the opportunity to complete our own taxes - we are more aware of our finances and expenditures. Especially, when the tool we use is straight forward, educating us along the way while completing the required tax forms for us. Turbo Tax is just that tool.

The format of entering 1099's was a bit different this year, and I was not sure about it. Also, for Foreign Tax Credit was very difficult to do. Anne in customer service was very helpful in resolving my issue.
Other than that, is was easy to do.
