It is good but printing off state forms is hard

I used the TurboTax Desktop version because I need to file a return for myself and my wife, as well as for each of my children, and the desktop version is the only version that doesn't charge you a separate fee for each return you work on. It works fine. The one thing I don't like is that they make it REALLY HARD to E-file your federal taxes but to print and mail in your state taxes (to avoid the $25 or more fee for each state e-file). The only way to do it is to just say you will file your state taxes later, and then figure out how to print off your state returns. Even after you do that, then you need to manually write in your direct deposit information if you are getting a state refund. There should be an easy way to say you want to print your state return in order to mail it in, and have TurboTax include your direct deposit information in the printed forms so you don't have to find the right place and write it in.

Hard to find where to enter federal IP PIN

I found it difficult to find where to enter our federal IRS IP PIN numbers. We have to enter these personal protection PIN numbers every year and every year I have to search for where to find it, usually after the return is rejected once for not having it. Please make that a clear step as you walk me through everything.
